These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the services offered by IBIPTV through ibiptv.com (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to buy a subscription.
2. The Service
IBIPTV provides access to an internet-based streaming service for the duration of the plan purchased. Channel lists, content and features may change over time and are not guaranteed to remain identical throughout your subscription. We do not sell or ship any hardware.
3. Orders and Prices
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include all fees charged by us. An order is confirmed once payment is received and you have been sent a confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.
4. Payment
Subscriptions are one-time payments for a fixed period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). There is no automatic renewal. Payment methods available are communicated by our team at the time of the order.
5. Delivery and Activation
Access credentials are delivered digitally by WhatsApp or email, normally within minutes and no later than 24 hours after payment confirmation. The subscription period starts on the day of activation.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide a compatible device and a stable internet connection.
- Keep your login details confidential; accounts are personal and may not be resold or shared beyond the number of connections purchased.
- Use the service only for personal, non-commercial viewing and in compliance with all laws applicable in your country, including copyright laws.
7. Acceptable Use
Any abuse, including reselling, rebroadcasting, recording for redistribution, or attempting to disrupt our servers, may lead to suspension without refund.
8. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional maintenance or interruptions caused by third parties (internet providers, device issues) may occur.
9. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
