We want you to be satisfied with your IBIPTV subscription. That is why we offer a free trial so you can test the service before buying.
Eligibility for a Refund
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of activation if the service does not work on your device and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
- If we are unable to deliver your access credentials within 24 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Duplicate payments are always refunded in full.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made more than 7 days after activation.
- Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Issues caused by the customer’s internet connection or unsupported devices, where a trial was offered.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us on WhatsApp or at support@ibiptv.com with your order details. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
Cancellation
Subscriptions do not renew automatically, so no cancellation is needed at the end of your plan.
